We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Handmade items may require additional production time (typically 3–5 business days). Wholesale and custom orders require 14–21 days for production before shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website or by logging into your account.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Wholesale orders are shipped via consolidated freight or sea freight for cost efficiency. We provide custom shipping quotes based on order volume and destination. Contact our trade team for details.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@indosourcebali.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Indo Source Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
