Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination—typically 10–21 business days for most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental US. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Wholesale orders have custom shipping rates based on volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the DHL or FedEx website. If you have any issues with tracking, contact us and we will help.

MOQ varies by product. Most pottery and decor items have an MOQ of 6 pieces per style, while furniture typically requires a minimum of 2–4 pieces. Contact us for specific MOQ details on items you are interested in.
Absolutely. We specialize in custom projects for hospitality and retail clients. Share your specifications, reference images, or mood board, and our team will work with artisans to create pieces tailored to your needs. Custom orders typically require 4–8 weeks for production.

Products & Materials

Yes, every item in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Indonesia. We work directly with makers who use traditional techniques passed down through generations. Slight variations in color, texture, and form are natural and celebrated as signs of authentic craftsmanship.
We use locally sourced, natural materials including sustainably harvested teak wood, natural rattan and wicker, terracotta clay, linen and cotton textiles, and bamboo. We prioritize eco-friendly finishes and avoid harmful chemicals.
Terracotta is porous and should be kept away from standing water. Dust regularly with a soft cloth. For cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe. Over time, terracotta develops a natural patina that adds character.
Because our products are handmade, dimensions may vary slightly (typically ±1–2 cm or ±0.5–1 inch) from the listed specifications. We provide approximate measurements for reference. If exact dimensions are critical for your project, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Policies

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Yes, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
